Executive Director, Jerome 20/20

Department: Staff

Camille Barigar serves as the Executive Director of Jerome 20/20.   In her role, she leads business recruitment and retention efforts, advances strategic growth initiatives, and works alongside public and private partners to position Jerome for long-term success.

Camille brings a diverse professional background spanning economic development, public affairs, higher education, and community leadership. Prior to joining Jerome 20/20, she worked in public affairs and community impact at Blue Cross of Idaho, strengthening partnerships and supporting initiatives that improved community well-being across the state.

She also served as Director of Community Enrichment at College of Southern Idaho, where she led the CSI Fine Arts Performing Arts Center and built a vibrant portfolio of arts and enrichment programming. Camille programmed international and regional performing artists, oversaw more than 20 summer camps annually, secured sponsorships, managed budgets, and served as the public face of several community-based initiatives — creating high-quality experiences that connected education, the arts, and the broader community.

Camille holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Learning and Development, a foundation that informs her collaborative leadership style and focus on building strong, future-ready organizations and communities.

Known for her relationship-driven approach and practical mindset, Camille is passionate about aligning industry needs with local opportunity while preserving the character and values that define Jerome.

Outside of work, Camille enjoys spending time with her family, supporting local events, tending to her flower beds, and taking advantage of Southern Idaho’s wide-open spaces — from kayaking the Snake River Canyon to hiking the Sawtooths.
