Responsibilities
Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with children in grades 3–5, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles Experience teaching physical education, literacy education, math, and integrated subjects Knowledge of learning technology integration and educational software applications Skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, proofreading, and writing to ensure clear instructional delivery Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special needs students Experience working with individuals with autism or in early intervention settings is preferred Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, staff, and administration Familiarity with educational compliance regulations, standardized testing procedures, and behavior management techniques
